All of our seed deliveries are posted Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. In the UK this will generally get to its destination the next day but can occasionally take 2-3. European orders will take around 3 days and worldwide orders will take around 5 days. We will post weed seeds to any country in the world but cannot guarantee the package will pass through customs - Check local laws before ordering. Weed seeds are sent out in plain brown padded envelopes and will give no indication of what is inside. We send all our orders 'stealth' and have had very few problems with our products not getting to our customers. The Grow lamps are sent by courier which is normally ANC and the package will have to be signed for.

Payment Options

Secure credit / debit transaction   

When using the web-sites online shopping cart to order cannabis seeds you can pay by VISA, Switch, Mastercard, Switch and Delta.

Click on the ‘add to cart’ / ‘buy now’ button for your chosen item and then follow the instructions. Your credit card details and name and address will be taken on a ‘secure server’ and will then be processed by one person only. Your details will not be seen by anyone else and will not be recorded.

This option is available to customers anywhere in the world but foreign customers must have packages sent to their credit card billing address only. For UK card holders it is possible to make some exceptions but banks may decline charges if the goods are being sent to another address.   

Postal / cheque ordering   

Non UK residents

We can only accept cheques or postal orders from UK customers as we are charged a fee for foreign postal orders or checks. People from outside of the UK wishing to order without a credit or debit card either need to send cash or an electronic money order via western union

MONEY ORDER INFO

If you would like to pay by money order please use western union and send it as an electronic money order rather than a cheque (check). Remember the prices on the website are in UK pounds so that is what you need to tell the western union representative and they will translate it into your currency.

Please enclose the order details including name and address and what you wish to order or send an email to info@dope-seeds.com detailing what you have ordered and the address that you want the goods sent to. Please write your cheque guarantee number and card expiry date on the back of the cheque. The goods will be dispatched as soon as the cheque clears. This can take up to 5 working days whereas a postal order can be cashed straight away. The postal order should be written out to James Longly and should not be 'crossed' as then it takes 5 days to clear too.

Bank payment 

A quicker technique than using the postal service or a cheque is to pay cash directly into a our bank account at any branch of Barclays or online if you have an online banking facility. The cash may take 2 days to clear but then the goods will be shipped straight away.

and then send an e-mail to info@dope-seeds.com detailing what you have ordered and the address that you want the goods sent to and once the cash has cleared the goods will be shipped. Don’t forget to add the relevant postage for your order > £1.50 for UK Orders :: £4 for Foreign Orders

Orders being shipped outside of the UK:

DOPE-SEEDS.COM will only answer order inquiries via an order number and indicate that either an order has or has not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped overseas our responsibility for that order is over

Failure to receive an order due to the worlds postal systems is a purchaser liability as we cannot be held responsible for theft within foreign postal services and/or seizure by customs

DOPE-SEEDS.COM will NOT replace seized orders, as this could perhaps be interpreted to imply collusion and would be in conflict with our Terms & Conditions.

Missing Order Policy.

If your order is missing, we have a wait period of up to five weeks. letters get returned to us every week because an improper address or recipient name is used. It takes up to five weeks or more for a letter to be returned to us so we ask that you be patient and most of all polite, so we can quickly help to resolve the problem. Emailing us everyday will not help the situation.

DOPE-SEEDS.COM does not assume any responsibility if seeds are confiscated by customs or similar agencies. The risk of shipping falls on the customer therefore we will not be held liable as these products are intended only for export to countries where their use is not restricted. DOPE-SEEDS.COM  does not accept any product-liability.

Privacy Policy.

DOPE-SEEDS.COM does not keep any records of clients nor any information created when visiting this site. Client information is kept private during any transactions and deleted/destroyed once that transaction is over.

Replacement Policy.

Any item received that is damaged will be replaced if sent back to us in the sealed container. This warranty is void if the packet has been opened.

Records are destroyed in 8 weeks

All records of transaction are destroyed after 8 weeks and it is impossible to track items / orders that are alleged not to have arrived / non-germinated / intercepted or other wise.
