Who are we?
We are a UK based mail order company who have been trading since 2001, you can contact us by phone, email or postal mail
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to everywhere but outside of Europe is at the purchasers own risk. Please check your local laws before ordering.
How do you ship?
We use royal mail and send all UK packages first class recorded delivery. All UK packages will have a tracking number. Foreign packages will be delivered by your national postal service and tracking is available for some orders. If you want a tracking number for a foreign parcel you need to select ‘Priority Airmail’ when checking out. It costs a bit more but will allow you to keep an eye on your parcel – If you do not select and pay for ‘Priority Airmail’ then we will not be able to provide you with any tracking information unfortunately. Please contact us if you have a tracking query stating your name and order number.
How long does shipping take?
Uk orders generally take 1-3 working days and overseas orders 5-7 working days
Do you ship in original breeder packs?
Yes, always unless an special request is made by the customer to remove them
Do you send discretely?
Yes, we send all items in plain padded envelopes or cardboard boxes for bigger items and on the back all we have is our PO box return address. There is no mention of our company name or the contents of the order anywhere on the package
Legality of seeds in the UK
Cannabis seeds are legal in the UK, please check your local laws before ordering if you do not live in the UK.
How can I pay for my order?
1. Order through the website using a debit or credit card – European customers only
The website uses SSL 128 bit encryption on a secure server so your data is protected
2. Send payment in the mail
UK customers can send us a cheque, a sterling postal order or cash in the mail.
Overseas customers can send us cash in the mail; we accept UK pounds, Euros, Canadian dollars, USD and Australian dollars.
Please use the printable order form or just write out your order and shipping details on a piece of paper and send it along with your payment.If you are sending cash we recommend you send it registered mail as we cannot be held responsible for its loss on the way to us
3. Bank Transfer – Select the direct payment option in the shopping cart and you will be given the relevant details
4. Crypto Currency – we accept Bitcoin, Litecoin and bitcoin cash and offer a 20% discount when you pay this way
Can I pay using a pre-paid or gift card?
Yes we can accept payment from any card with the VISA logo on but many gift cards have restricted use to the country they were issued in so check this before choosing a card to use.
