Our seeds are sold as adult souvenirs for genetic preservation purposes only. All growing information is provided by breeders working in legal growing jurisdictions. For anyone outside of such places it is only provided for educational purposes

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain and obey all laws which apply to the possession and use of any items listed on our site. Please consult local, provincial and federal laws (including pertinent laws applied to your country) before placing an order.

By placing an order, the purchaser represents that products ordered will only be used in a lawful manner. The purchaser agrees that he/she will not use or allow others to use any item from this web site in an illegal manner.

The purchaser further agrees to hold DOPE-SEEDS.COM harmless for claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in connection with any use of products ordered from this web site.

DOPE-SEEDS.COM does not assume any responsibility if seeds are confiscated by customs or similar agencies. The risk of shipping falls on the customer therefore we will not be held liable as these products are intended only for export to countries where their use is not restricted.

Consumption and age

I certify that I am of legal age. I understand that unless a product has been designated as a consumable item by DOPE-SEEDS.COM, it will be considered as poisonous and will not be taken internally in any manner by human or animal.

In no event will DOPE-SEEDS.COM be liable to me or anyone else for any damages or injury caused by ingestion of this product or by it’s misuse or improper use, or action taken by me in reliance on information or views either verbal or in literature purchased through DOPE-SEEDS.COM or for any incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages.

All products here are sold for collection and specimen and I further state that I am purchasing these items at my own risk, and that I will not, hold DOPE-SEEDS.COM liable for any harm done to myself or any other life form by the use, misuse or abuse of any products sold here. I agree not to use any merchandise purchased from DOPE-SEEDS.COM in any illegal or dangerous manner. I understand that any information presented on this site is for informational purposes, and that no warranty to its accuracy.

In no event shall DOPE-SEEDS.COM be liable for any damages other than the amount paid by me for product Any and all other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are hereby excluded.

Who we are

At dope-seeds.com, we are 100% committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of the visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that dope-seeds.com is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing. In this Privacy Policy, we provide lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information and how we use it.

Ordering and Access

When you visit our website you are able to browse without any data being collected from you, however to make your shopping experience easier we give you the opportunity to register your details with us.  As part of this registration process, we collect personal information. We will ask for a valid E-mail address which will be used to verify your registration and enable you to set up a password protected member account.  Personal data required to make orders with dope-seeds.com is tied to your member account.

We use personal  information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to contact you to confirm an order.  You do not have to have an account with us to make a purchase. We never share any of this information with third parties except for the purpose of processing and shipping your order or if we are required to do so by law.

Types of data we collect

When you check-out and have completed your order we will ask for personal information about you.  This includes your full name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card details. This personal data will only be shared with our payment service provider and couriers, and only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order. We do not store your credit card details/payment details.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is safe and secure. We have put in place appropriate physical and electronic  procedures to safeguard and secure the information and data we collect online.

Your IP address will not be associated with any other data which is held by Google.

Mailing lists

As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about or to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. Access to your personal information

We regularly review our privacy policy and it was last review on May 1st 2020

Refund and Replacement Policy

Any item received that is damaged will be replaced if sent back to us in the sealed container. If you receive your package and decide to return it unopened within 14 days you will receive a full refund. This warranty is void if the packet has been opened.

Please do not contact us if you have attempted to germinate seeds as this is illegal in the UK and therefore we are unable to discuss such things.

Customer right to withdraw:

The customer has the right to withdraw (14 days to inform (from the date of delivery) and 14 days to ship back the goods) if they wish to return an undamaged, unopened item.

Card payment:

The card will not be charged until goods have been dispatched. “Lowland Trading” will show as the billing descriptor on your card statement

Shipping terms and conditions

Orders shipped within the UK:

All orders are sent through the royal mail with tracking; either recorded or special delivery depending on the value of the order. We will guarantee delivery for all UK orders. If you miss a delivery and do not collect it form the post office depot in time it will be returned to us and we will have to re-arrange delivery which can take up to 2 weeks. Orders within the UK normally arrive in 1-3 days but can sometimes be delayed. If an order has not arrived after 2 weeks we will resend the order.

Orders being shipped In EUROPE:

DOPE-SEEDS.COM offers you the choice of shipping with or without tracking. If trackable (priority) mail is not selected we cannot track the order and we cannot guarantee delivery.

If trackable mail has been paid for and the order is being shipped within Europe we will guarantee delivery and if the order does not arrive we can resend it. Deliveries normally take 3-5 working days within Europe but can sometimes be delayed. If an order has not arrived after 4 weeks we will resend the order.

Orders being shipped OUTSIDE OF EUROPE:

If trackable mail with stealth option #2 has been paid for and the order is being shipped outside of Europe we will guarantee delivery and if the order does not arrive we can resend it. Deliveries normally take 5-7 working days outside of Europe but can sometimes be delayed. If an order that has been sent with stealth option #2 has not arrived after 4 weeks we will resend the order. If any of the other postage options have been selected for orders being shipped outside of Europe we cannot guarantee delivery.
